We are now looking for a recruitment specialist for Capio in Stockholm. You will become part of our newly established recruitment function where the role combines operational recruitment work with search, candidate work, and the development of working methods and processes. The role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within recruitment in a high-paced operation with significant responsibility and close collaboration with the business.

About Us

Capio's recruitment function supports operations throughout Capio Sweden. We recruit with a particular focus on clinical professions, nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors, and also work with the recruitment of managers and specialists.

We are responsible for the entire recruitment process and have a clear mandate to establish common processes and structures. The function is in an active development phase, with high pace in delivery and a clear focus on quality, collaboration, and candidate experience.

Your Role

As a recruitment specialist, you work both operationally with your own recruitment processes and as support in recruitments where extra candidate work, search, or structure is required. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of working methods, methodology, and tools within the recruitment area.

In the role, you will:

• Drive your own recruitment processes from need to appointment
• Work with search and proactive candidate sourcing
• Support recruitments where extra candidate work or structure is required
• Conduct market mapping and candidate dialogues
• Contribute to selection and candidate assessments
• Ensure pace, quality, and a professional candidate experience
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and improvement initiatives

About You

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Education in personnel science or a similar field
• You are at the beginning of your career – perhaps recently graduated or with a few years of experience
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
• Ability to work structured and prioritize in a high pace
• Interest in recruitment, search, and candidate work

Meritorious

• Experience of recruitment, search, or candidate work
• Interest in the development of working methods, processes, or systems
• Experience in driving own projects or initiatives
• Work experience from, for example, service, administration, retail, or other customer-facing roles
