ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior Advisor in Accounting, you work closely with your customers and contribute proactive advice that makes a real difference in their operations. You become an important part of an experienced and engaged team where collaboration, quality, and development are at the center. Your responsibilities include, among other things: • Financial statements, tax returns, financial management, and tax advisory • Ongoing accounting, with the possibility to adapt the distribution of assignments according to the needs of customers and the team • Customer and project responsibility where you lead and ensure the quality of deliveries together with colleagues • Guidance and support to more junior colleagues • Active contribution to the development of the team's working methods, profitability, and digital services Here you get the opportunity to work in a knowledge-intensive environment where people support each other and enjoy working together. YOUR PROFILE To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least four years of experience working as an accounting consultant or from audit, as well as post-secondary education in economics. You are confident in the accounting process and used to working independently with customers, from ongoing accounting to financial statements. It is meritorious if you are an authorized accounting consultant or have experience in financial management, tax advisory, or sales, but most importantly, you have strong basic competence and genuine engagement in the profession. As a person, you have passion for what you do and a forward-looking, positive attitude. You find it easy to collaborate, actively contribute to a good atmosphere in the group, and value good chemistry in the team. You are flexible and adaptable, thrive in a daily life where conditions can change quickly, and are not afraid to adapt to new ways of working or needs.
