We are looking for a customer service representative for a part-time position with our client. The assignment is performed entirely remotely and involves supporting the customer service function as needed in daily operations.

The position is aimed at students, individuals with another part-time job, or anyone seeking a flexible part-time role where you can work structured and independently from home.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Answer questions regarding accounts, orders, and subscriptions.
• Register and follow up on cases in the support system.
• Ensure a high level of service through clear and professional communication.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible. You are computer literate, express yourself well in writing, and thrive working independently remotely.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English.
