As an Operation Specialist, you will work operationally with bid calculations according to established methods and existing routines, and participate as a specialist in bid evaluations and ongoing projects. You will also coordinate planning and optimize resources to create conditions for maximally efficient production. The role includes participating in the creation of planning materials, production calculations, schedules, and economic reconciliations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the Area Manager, Operation Managers, and Area Assistant in your area, but collaboration with other Operation Specialists within the department is also a key success factor. Furthermore, you will quality-assure calculations according to the decision-making authority and ensure correct contract reporting together with the Operation Manager. You will also ensure that planned sales strategies are followed and maintain customer contacts. You are also expected to assist with budgeting and forecasting. Your Profile As a person, you are structured and analytical. Your analytical skills are important as you will work operationally with calculations. We see that you, as a candidate, have an interest in financial control and follow-up and are accustomed to working with set schedules. You dare to set demands while being supportive and humble. You need to thrive with a large contact surface and handle many things in parallel, as you will be involved in various projects/bids simultaneously. We see that you, as a candidate, have a few years of experience working as a contracting engineer, bid engineer, site manager, or in a corresponding role within the construction and infrastructure industry. Meritorious for the position is previous experience in paving operations. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Further Information The position is a permanent employment, with a probationary period. The work area is Norrbotten, with the location in Piteå or Luleå. A Category B driver's license is required.
