Do you want to work in an inspiring environment where food joy, creativity, and team spirit are at the center? We are now looking for a driven and engaged cold kitchen chef for our operations with our client Stena Line in Gothenburg.
Here, you will work with restaurant, conference, and catering services where we deliver high quality every day – from lunch to events. Our food philosophy is built on sustainable ingredients, food cooked from scratch, and menus where vegetables often take the lead role.
About the role
As part of our team, you will have a varied daily routine where you both create food experiences and meet our guests. You are an important ambassador who gladly steps forward, presents the food, and contributes to a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.
Your main responsibilities:
- Cold kitchen work, sandwiches, salads, baking, and desserts
- Some conference and à la carte cooking
- Participation in menu planning
- Serving, cash register, and customer contact
- Inventories
- Dishwashing and other kitchen tasks
- Self-control (HACCP)
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a trained cold kitchen chef with at least 5 years of experience
- Has good knowledge of food safety
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good English skills
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

About the position
- Full-time, permanent (with a 6-month probation period)
- Working hours primarily during the day, Monday–Friday
- Some evening and weekend work during events
