We are now looking for a Head Waiter with a genuine interest and passion for experiences, customer interactions, and service.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for operational execution with leadership responsibilities. You will work across our entire portfolio of events, exhibitions, and banquets.

One moment you might be working on a banquet or exhibition for tens of thousands of guests, and the next, you are serving a smaller group an extraordinary dining experience, always with the goal of meeting and exceeding expectations.

Who are you?

You are solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You always strive to give the guest the best experience. You are stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and love cross-functional collaboration. We prefer that you have at least 3 years of work experience as a Head Waiter, are passionate about your profession, and value engagement and involvement within your work team.

Information about the position

The position is permanent within the Visa Unionen agreement area on a full-time basis, with immediate start. Working hours may vary, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
