Job Description

Do you want to work in a business-driven role where you have great opportunities to influence, build strong partnerships, and contribute to continued growth in one of Northern Europe's leading collision repair companies? This is a role for you who thrives in a business-driven environment where relationships, trust, and long-term development are at the center. You will become an important part of Werksta's continued growth journey in Sweden. As Partner Manager, you are responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening Werksta's strategic collaborations within leasing, vehicle fleets, and insurance companies. The role entails overall responsibility for identifying business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships, and further developing existing customer relationships with a focus on sustainable growth and mutual business value. The role involves both new customer acquisition and the further development of existing partnerships. You will work closely with site managers, regional managers, and leadership to identify new business opportunities and drive collaborations from first contact to final agreement. In this role, you report to the CEO. Examples of tasks: • Identify and develop new business opportunities with, for example, leasing companies, car fleets, and insurance companies. • Build, develop, and manage long-term partnerships. • Drive business all the way from prospecting to negotiation and contract. • Ensure well-functioning and sustainable collaborations through a good understanding of contracts, calculations, and business prerequisites. • Contribute to developing Werksta's offering and creating new pathways into the market. The position is based in Stockholm, with travel within Sweden.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a commercial background and experience in developing business, building relationships, and driving collaborations forward. We also see that you possess a good understanding of the automotive industry, preferably from work within the aftermarket (damage and/or service), leasing companies, insurance companies, or related areas. We believe you have: • At least 3 years of experience from the automotive industry. • Experience in commercial work, for example, sales, business development, or partner management. • Good habit of processing and creating relationships with decision-makers. • Experience in negotiating, signing, and developing business agreements. • Ability to understand business connections and create long-term sustainable collaborations. As a person, you are business-driven, trustworthy, and relationship-building with a natural ability to build long-term collaborations. You work in a structured and independent manner, take your own initiatives, and thrive in a role where you are expected to drive the work forward. You have a solution-oriented approach, good administrative skills, and a strong understanding of how sustainable business is created over time.
