We are currently looking for a Customer Support representative to start immediately with our partner in Gothenburg. The assignment covers the summer period until August 31st, with a possible extension, but the current focus is to cover an urgent need during the summer.

You will become part of a team that works closely with the operations, handling the entire flow from incoming customer cases to problem-solving, order administration, and follow-up. This role suits you if you want to work more broadly than in traditional customer service and have an interest in systems, structure, and how processes interconnect.

About the Role

In this position, you will handle a varied range of cases, responsible for everything from routine orders to more complex questions related to transport and regulations. You will have daily contact with customers as well as internal departments and are expected to take overall responsibility for each case.

The work requires you to switch between different types of tasks and systems while ensuring quality and progress at every step. A key part of the role is also understanding workflows and contributing to improved working methods.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming calls, emails, and digital orders
• Ensure the correct type of transport is booked based on customer needs and current regulations
• Administer orders in business systems and follow up to ensure they are handled correctly throughout the process
• Provide advice to customers and help them find the right solution
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, production, and logistics support
• Work towards a high resolution rate and resolve cases at first contact when possible
• Monitor KPIs such as response times and order processing

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer support, order administration, or a coordinating role
• Is comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
• Has strong communication skills and builds trust in dialogues with customers and colleagues
• Is structured, responsible, and thrives in a role with many contact points
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English

Experience in transport/logistics or working in complex workflows is considered an asset.

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately, running through the summer until August 31st. The assignment is fixed-term to cover a current need, with a possible extension depending on the business's continued requirements.

You will be employed as a consultant and work on-site at our partner's location in Gothenburg.
