About Us

Närhälsan Rehabilitation Clinic at Solhem is a relatively large clinic with a long tradition of rehabilitation. 30 employees work at the clinic; the team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and administrators. The operations are development-oriented and are conducted within the framework of Vårdval (Health Care Choice).

About the Job

As a clerk/receptionist, you are the face of the operation and of our patients. You welcome them with a good attitude and the best possible service in our reception. In this position, you assist 12 smaller units with tasks such as cash handling, invoicing, telephone service, and appointment booking, as well as other administrative tasks such as handling referrals, ordering materials/goods, and scheduling. You are the contact person for our reception and responsible for ensuring that cash routines and application instructions are followed. We work in the medical record system Asynja Visph.

You work independently but need to have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and see opportunities. You collaborate with all professional groups both at the health center and Rehab and have contact with them daily. For us, it is important to create a good work environment where we care for each other and enjoy working together.

About You

You have at least a 3-year upper secondary education with experience working in reception and/or within primary care. You also have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of and interest in working with digitalization. Knowledge of Asynja Visph is considered a merit.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and sees patient contact as your biggest and most important task. As a person, you are communicative, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently. You enjoy variety in work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload varies, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks.

The position is a 50% temporary vacancy with start date as agreed until January 2027.
