Position: Operations Coordinator

From receptionist to business developer – we are looking for the right person, not just the right title.

Tandtorget is a modern and growing dental clinic in Lund. We focus on quality, digitalization, patient experience, and continuous improvement. We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator who wants to help develop the business together with us.

About the role

This is not a traditional receptionist role.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a key player in the operations and who, in the long run, wants to grow together with the clinic. The role combines patient service, administration, coordination, quality work, and business development.

You will work with, among other things:

• Patient communication and reception
• Bookings, invitations, and follow-up
• Coordination of internal projects
• Quality and improvement work
• Routines, processes, and documentation
• Working in our operations portal and management system
• Support for the operations manager and clinic management

Who are you?

Experience from dentistry is an advantage but not a requirement. We also welcome applicants from healthcare, administration, service, hospitality, coordination, or project management.
