Invici is looking for a business-driven recruitment consultant in Stockholm for a 360 role within finance, recruitment, and interim solutions.

Your Responsibilities

This is a 360 role where you are responsible for the entire chain, from creating business opportunities to delivering the right candidate or consultant to the client. The focus is on recruitment, while interim solutions are a natural and important part of your daily work.

• Drive new sales and develop business within recruitment and interim solutions.
• Build, maintain, and further develop client relationships within the finance sector.
• Identify client needs, conduct needs analyses, and create requirement profiles.
• Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from initiation to appointment.
• Actively work with search via LinkedIn, networks, and relevant candidate channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and use testing tools, such as Alva Labs.
• Present candidates, conduct reference checks, and quality-assure matches.
• Act as an advisory partner to clients on matters concerning competence, market, and recruitment.
• Work with interim assignments, including matching, follow-up, and consultant relations.
• As a consultant manager, coach consultants in their assignments and ensure high delivery quality.
• Handle multiple parallel processes with structure, pace, and high quality.

You will be based at Invici's office at Hötorget in Stockholm. Here, you sit together with approximately 60 colleagues from Invici and sister companies, giving you both the closeness of a smaller team and the energy of a larger community.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in sales, recruitment, or consulting business and who thrive in a role where you drive the business forward yourself. You have previously worked in a 360 role or a similar role where you combined client responsibility, recruitment, and delivery. Experience in recruiting finance professionals is important, and it is an advantage if you have also worked with interim solutions or consultant leasing within the finance sector.

You are confident in the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile and search to interview, candidate presentation, and reference checking. You have experience with competency-based interviews, testing tools, and search via LinkedIn. We would like you to have an established and current client network, as well as a good understanding of the needs and challenges of finance functions.

As a person, you are result-oriented, proactive, and relationship-building. You easily create trust with both clients, candidates, and consultants, and you enjoy working at a high pace where multiple processes are ongoing simultaneously. You are structured, business-minded, and curious about how digital tools, AI, and new working methods can develop both recruitment and clients' businesses.
