Join us in building the HR function of the future!
Are you looking for an HR role where you can truly make an impact? Are you attracted to combining strategic HR work with operational support in a company undergoing an exciting transformation and digitalization journey?
Axess Logistics is now seeking an HR Business Partner for Malmö. Here, you will have the opportunity to become a key player in developing and centralizing the HR function in one of Scandinavia's leading logistics companies. You will not be entering a finished structure – you will be part of building it.
What does the HR Business Partner role entail?
As an HR Business Partner, you will become a key partner to the HR Director and a central part of the development of Axess Logistics' future HR organization. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning that one day you work on executive-level HR issues and change initiatives, while the next day you support managers with employment law questions, lead negotiations, or develop new HR processes.
Axess is in an exciting phase of development, and so is the HR function. Together with the HR Director and other colleagues, you will help build a strong, modern, and business-oriented HR organization where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and common working methods are in focus.
You will work closely with the operations and support site managers, team leaders, and other key personnel across the country. The role involves regular contact with several of Axess's operations and also includes support for the Danish operations as HR work is developed and coordinated across borders.
Some of your most important tasks
Drive the development, implementation, and harmonization of HR processes, working methods, and policies within the organization
Ensure that HR annual cycle processes are carried out and followed up, such as Performance Management, competence development, and salary reviews
Provide business-oriented support to managers on matters concerning employment law, work environment, rehabilitation, organizational development, and leadership
Be responsible for union collaboration, MBL negotiations, and issues related to collective agreements
Educate, coach, and develop managers to strengthen leadership, accountability, and adherence to HR processes
Drive and participate in change, development, and digitalization initiatives within HR
Work data-driven through analyses and key figures that contribute to the development of the business and the organization
Take ownership of one or more specialist areas within HR, such as employment law, employer branding, or recruitment
Does this sound like you?
You are a driven and goal-oriented person who thrives in a changing environment where you get to build, develop, and improve processes and working methods. With good resilience, strong internal drive, and the ability to get others on board, you push issues forward even when conditions change.
You are communicative, pedagogical, and a confident negotiator with the ability to build trust and get others involved in change. At the same time, you are creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to see new opportunities and turn ideas into practical results.
What you need to bring to the table
Relevant university education in HR, Human Resources, or equivalent
Several years of experience in qualified and business-oriented HR work, preferably as an HR Business Partner, where you have combined strategic HR work with operational management support
Good experience of employment law, union negotiations, collaboration, and work in a collective agreement environment. Experience from IF Metall and the Transport Workers' Union agreement areas is meritorious
Experience in supporting managers with complex personnel matters and working with both white-collar and blue-collar employees
Experience from larger organizations, preferably in a matrix organization or operations with several geographical units
Good system proficiency and experience working data-driven with HR systems and digital tools
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
