We are looking for personal assistants who want to work as summer substitutes for a man in Gothenburg.

The client is an adult man with a significant disability that gradually affects his need for assistance. As a personal assistant, your role is to provide support in daily life and assist the client with what he needs help with. The work involves being the client's hands and feet in various tasks and working based on his routines, needs, and self-determination.

The client can communicate what he wants, but communication requires you to be attentive, responsive, and able to read him in a respectful manner. Therefore, it is important that you are confident in the role, have patience, and can work closely with another person while respecting their privacy.

We are looking for assistants for day and evening shifts. Day shifts are scheduled from 07:00–16:00 and evening shifts from 16:00–21:00. Evening times may vary slightly depending on the need for double assistance.
