As an energy and environmental consultant at Bengt Dahlgren, you will work on both large-scale new construction projects and shorter specialist assignments. You will become an integral part of the projects, supporting clients through new regulations, increased climate requirements, and energy-related challenges. Your responsibilities may include

• Climate calculations and energy simulations
• Energy coordination in new production
• Energy efficiency improvements and energy declarations
• Environmental certifications (e.g., Miljöbyggnad)
• Cooling load calculations and daylight calculations
• Radon measurements and EU-related investigations

• At least 3 years of experience within energy/real estate, preferably as a case manager or consultant
• Relevant education in construction, energy, environment, or similar
• Experience with calculations in IDA ICE
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience with energy investigations, energy mapping, or LCC calculations
• Certification competence within e.g., Miljöbyggnad or BREEAM
• An established network in the region
• Competence related to HVAC or energy technology
