We at Nordschakt are growing – and now we are looking for you who want to lead the work in our projects.
Things happen here every day. Machines are running, production is ongoing, and team spirit makes the work both more enjoyable and better. We are now taking the next step in our development and strengthening our site supervision to create better structure, presence, and long-term sustainability in our operations.
Is that you who wants to contribute?
About the role
As a Site Supervisor at Nordschakt, you have a central and important role in our production, with a special focus on our crushing groups. The business has grown – with more crushing groups, higher production, and increased demands on planning, follow-up, and working environment. Therefore, we now need to strengthen our site supervision to create better conditions for presence in the operations, support for our teams, and more systematic improvement work.
In the role, you work close to production and are responsible for leading the daily work. You are a present leader who creates structure, follows up, and ensures that operations function efficiently and safely. The role involves travel and regular presence out in the operations. You are responsible for the daily management of approximately 8 employees distributed across our crushing groups and work closely with production, customers, and other site supervisors.
Your main tasks:
- Lead and coordinate daily work in crushing groups
- Plan and follow up on production, staffing, and resources
- Be actively present in the operations and support the teams
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding operation, production, and planning
- Work with working environment, safety, and onboarding of new personnel
- Follow up on downtime, deviations, and ensure corrective actions
- Ensure that routines and working methods are followed
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, mechanics, drivers, and other site supervisors
- Participate in and drive improvement work
With us, you are where it happens – close to both people and machines.
Your profile
We are looking for you who thrive in a role with responsibility, pace, and variety, and who are motivated by getting both people and production to function together. We believe you have experience from contracting, rock crushing, or similar operations and have worked in a leadership role where you have been responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on work. You have a good understanding of how production, machinery, and logistics interact in practice, are comfortable with digital tools, and have a B-driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have experience with mobile crushing groups, working environment and safety work, maintenance planning, as well as improvement work and handling of deviations.
As a person, you are a confident and clear leader who works in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and have a natural ability to create order, follow up, and drive the work forward. You are present in the operations, engage your employees, and find it easy to prioritize even when the pace is high. You contribute to good collaboration and a strong working environment – and you get things done in a way that strengthens the team.
Why Nordschakt?
At Nordschakt, we are proud of what we do – but just as proud of how we do it.
Here you meet a familiar and down-to-earth workplace where we care about each other and where there is a short distance between decision and action. You become part of a tight-knit team with high competence, where everyone takes responsibility and helps each other.
We are now investing in building an even more sustainable organization with better structure, increased presence in operations, and clearer follow-up. In this role, you will be able to make a real difference – both in everyday life and in the long term.
We offer:
- An important role in a growing business
- Diverse projects within rock crushing for civil engineering, quarrying, and mining
- Opportunity to influence and develop working methods
- Freedom under responsibility and short decision-making paths
With us, it is the people who make the difference.
