In the role of project manager, you will collaborate and act consultatively close to our project managers, designers, and production staff. For us at Dala Kommunalteknik, quality, sustainability, and teamwork are central, and we place great emphasis on delivering projects according to requirements and the set schedule. You will be involved in our entire process – from design to acting as project manager during prefabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation. When the project then moves into production, it is you who ensure that the schedule is followed.

To be particularly successful in this role, you enjoy keeping the dialogue alive, working based on set goals, and coordinating work with our various stakeholders, both externally and internally, in our exciting projects. You will work independently and in a team together with our skilled colleagues.

Through your engagement and technical interest, trust-building relationships are created, both internally and externally, with our partners. You are driven by and have the ability to work in projects and can effectively lead both people and processes towards common goals. The role includes handling purchases, quotations, documentation, as well as dimensioning of pumps and piping systems.

Your profile

Your experience, qualities, and engagement are absolutely most important to us. You have relevant education or experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. We would like you to have worked in projects previously or have some connection to the industry. Extra merit is if you have CAD skills, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, being flexible, and taking responsibility in our projects. Attention to detail, structure, and the ability to be solution-oriented are qualities you thrive with.
