Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize sustainable maintenance measures for streets and roads.
Develop and follow up on long-term investment plans with a clear life-cycle and climate perspective.
Work with condition assessments, data analysis, and needs-based planning.
Lead investment and maintenance projects with a focus on quality and environment.
Develop and implement climate-adapted stormwater solutions.
Contribute to energy efficiency improvements in street lighting.
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal operations.
Participate in budgeting and contribute to sustainable financial planning.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of post-secondary education with a technical focus, such as civil engineering (roads and water) or similar.
Experience in street maintenance, water and sewage (VA), other civil works, or technical administration.
Knowledge of asphalt, lighting, and stormwater management.
Interest in sustainable development and climate adaptation within infrastructure.
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
Thrives in driving projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
Valid Category B driver's license.
