About the role

As a Traffic Safety Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and collecting materials according to customer orders.
• Transporting and installing signs, barriers, fences, and other protective devices to create safe work zones.
• Operating a TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) and driving service vehicles with heavy trailers.
• Supervising ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Working at the depot, receiving and assisting customers.
• Managing loading and unloading of materials, as well as sorting and moving materials at the depot.

We are looking for more employees who wish to work with us during the season, and we are recruiting for two different types of employment:

Seasonal Employment

A full-time position starting as soon as possible until October, with the possibility of extension. Based in Borlänge, but work may also take place at our depots in Falun, Mora, and Ludvika. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evening, night, and weekend work may occur.

Fixed-term Employment (On-call)

A flexible employment where you are offered shifts that you can choose to accept or decline. Based in Borlänge. There are no fixed working hours or guaranteed workload.

About you

We are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys taking responsibility, and independently seeks solutions based on customer needs. If you have a good sense of order and enjoy service, you will thrive in this role. Furthermore, we want you to value traffic safety and a safe working environment, just as we do. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personality and are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to contribute to our culture.

Requirements for the role:

• Category C driver's license
• YKB qualification (Swedish transport authority certification for heavy vehicles)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits for the role:

• Previous experience from the industry
• APV (Arbete På Väg / Work on the Road) levels 1.1–1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3

We handle all our work orders digitally, so we expect applicants to have good computer literacy.
