We are now looking for a Supervisor within Operations and Maintenance for our establishment in Rättvik. Your role as a Supervisor
As a Supervisor in Rättvik, you will have a broad and interesting role. You will become a key leadership function for our professional employees and the coordinating contact for our hired resources. You will work with varied operational and maintenance tasks within the Rättvik operations area. Primarily, this involves operational leadership, planning of execution, steering, and follow-up of the work. You will also support the Site Manager in daily tasks such as customer contacts, digital follow-up, minor calculation work, and administration. Additionally, you will be responsible for various projects and help bring in new customers and projects to the workplace. In your projects, you are responsible for execution and economics.
Since our work is service-oriented, some of the operations are also carried out during evenings and nights, including summer and winter on-call duties. Winter on-call work includes, for example, monitoring the weather and dispatching salt and plowing units.
Who are you?
To be considered for the Supervisor position, you should have:
Worked in the industry with experience in operations and maintenance or road and earthwork contracting
Category B driver's license
Very good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods and processes
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is also meritorious if you have:
Previous work experience in a leadership role
Post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering
Previous experience with on-call duties and working evenings and nights
