In newly renovated facilities in the hospital's main building, we care for patients with stroke and other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's, Guillain-Barré, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and brain tumors. Due to the department's focus on neurology and stroke patients, we also handle acute situations and have close cooperation with the emergency department. The department currently has two care teams with fourteen care beds, five of which are monitoring beds with telemetry capabilities. We also have three day-care beds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Administrator with Executive Support duties, you will primarily support the department's two unit managers with administrative tasks in daily work. This includes everything from scheduling, compiling meeting minutes, and follow-ups. Your duties include staffing issues and work in the HR window as well as administrative personnel management.

You also support the managers in creating an attractive workplace with conditions for good employee relations, a good work environment, and where employee engagement is utilized in the best possible way. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience in a similar role where you have supported management with personnel administration or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer and IT skills. We consider it meritorious if you have experience in personnel administrative work such as scheduling and staffing, as well as if you have post-secondary education in a relevant area. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have previous experience working in healthcare. If you have experience working in TESSA and Personec P / HR window, we consider it meritorious.

To fit this position, you need to have good administrative skills and independently take responsibility for organizing and structuring your work effectively. You have good cooperation skills and social aptitude in both internal and external contacts. There are many contact points, and it is important that you are service-oriented. You need to be able to prioritize among different tasks, be accommodating, and take your own initiatives. You are confident in meeting employees and are receptive and communicative towards both employees and the operation. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create engagement and participation.
