About the Job

Working as a substitute means replacing a permanent educator for a short or long period. Together with permanent educators, you contribute to ensuring that children and students have safe and meaningful days. As an employee, you are offered assignments that match your preferences and competencies when you are available to work. You become part of a team that values collaboration and is there for you if you have questions or thoughts before, during, or after an assignment.

About You

We are looking for someone motivated by contributing to children's and young people's opportunities to learn and develop. Your willingness and ability to work together with others in a team is important for doing a good job, as is the ability to work independently to lead and plan activities. You have previous experience working with children, and we would prefer that you are trained as a childcare worker or have studied pedagogy. You also need to have references from previous work as an educator.
