The position includes daytime teaching as well as evening teaching (one evening per week, Tuesdays).

As a teacher within adult education, you are responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up. You work in close collaboration with colleagues and are part of a larger unit with teachers of various subject competencies.

Who are we looking for?

You are an engaged and clear teacher who builds good relationships and sees every student's potential. With an inclusive and listening approach, you create teaching that sparks interest and strengthens students' belief in their own abilities.

We are looking for you who:

• are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach within SFI (minimum 30 hp in SVA), preferably in combination with another subject. (Teaching certification must be attached to the application)
• have experience of teaching within adult education
• have good knowledge of adult education's steering documents and the ability to translate these into pedagogical work
• feel confident using digital tools as a natural part of teaching and documentation
• thrive in a flexible operation where teaching groups change and new students continuously start and finish their studies
• have the ability to plan and adapt teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites
• are clear and structured in your leadership while meeting students and colleagues with warmth and respect
• appreciate collaboration and want to contribute to a positive and developing work climate
