The Resources Unit is part of the En Route division, and we operate from two locations in Sweden: Stockholm (Arlanda) and Malmö (Sturup). The team consists of approximately ten employees who primarily work with resource planning, scheduling, and administration related to our resource planning for the En Route division.
About the role
Your role with us will be like the spider in the web. The work you do in personnel planning and administration is a prerequisite for air traffic control to function smoothly.
In the role of WSS – Watch Supervisor Support, you work together with shift leaders in an operational environment at our control center, ATCC Stockholm, at Arlanda Airport. You are responsible for planning our operational staff, which involves scheduling across all hours of the day and all days of the year.
The position involves short-term planning, handling changes such as sick leave and other unforeseen events. Planning is based on staffing plans, regulations regarding staffing, and employee preferences. When working with personnel planning, you are right in the center of daily operations, and at times the workload can be intense.
Qualifications and educational requirements:
- Documented experience in scheduling for shift-working staff.
- Relevant education in administration or equivalent work experience deemed suitable by the employer.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Meritorious qualifications
- Experience working with and scheduling in the Heroma system.
- Experience in the aviation industry or other safety-critical operations.

Other information
This is a permanent position based at Arlanda. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, including shifts every other Sunday. The work is performed exclusively on-site at our radar center.
Before employment, LFV conducts a security clearance which includes, among other things, register checks, a security interview, and a drug test.
This position requires Swedish citizenship.
