About the Role

We are currently looking for a junior consultant who wishes to develop within analysis, investigation, and advisory services. The role offers a broad introduction to our work helping companies and organizations understand and manage complex risks, changes in the external environment, and other issues affecting their operations.

You will work within two of our core areas. Within Information & Analysis, we conduct external monitoring, corporate due diligence, background checks, research and investigation assignments, as well as analyses related to international operations and travel. Within Risk & Threats, we help clients identify, assess, and manage various types of risks through analysis, assessments, and advisory services.

As a junior consultant, you will work closely with experienced advisors on ongoing assignments. You will conduct research, collect and analyze information, contribute to reports and decision-making materials, and participate in client meetings and internal projects. You will gain early insight into how we build long-term client relationships and translate analysis into practical advice.

As you develop in the role, you will gradually take on greater responsibility, independent assignments, and direct contact with clients. The goal is for you to eventually grow into an independent advisory role where you combine analysis and problem-solving with responsibility for client relations, business development, and the development of our services.

We are looking for you who

You have an academic degree and a few years of work experience, for example from analysis, advisory services, journalism, law, economics, public sector, or another knowledge-intensive environment.

We are primarily looking for someone who is curious about how companies, organizations, and societies function. You are driven by a desire to understand complex issues, identify relevant connections, and turn information into well-founded assessments and clear recommendations.

You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy switching between research, analysis, interviews, and written production. You have good judgment, are meticulous in your work, and are comfortable handling questions where information is rarely complete and answers are not always obvious.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. A strong interest in global affairs, business, and societal development is important for thriving in this role.

Qualifications

Particularly advantageous is experience with research, analysis, investigations, or other work where you have needed to collect, evaluate, and synthesize information to support decision-making.

We also view positively experience in compiling and presenting complex information to different target groups, as well as experience from advisory activities or other knowledge-intensive environments.

An interest in international issues, business, politics, or societal development is valuable. Experience from an international environment, cross-border work, or studies abroad is positive, as are skills in additional languages beyond Swedish and English.
