RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Partner, you work close to the business with advisory services and act as an active support to managers across the entire HR area, based on the customer's needs.

The role involves creative and independent work where you handle a broad range of HR issues. In addition to supporting managers, this may involve project work, investigations, and improvement initiatives where you conduct analyses and prepare materials for decision-making. The role involves several areas of collaboration; both with colleagues in the HR unit and our HR Controller, as well as the organization's managers and union partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you need to be an independent and stable person, preferably with a few years of experience working in an operational HR role. You need to have a bachelor's degree in HR/personnel or equivalent.

We see you as a confident person who comes to us with your experience and competence, challenging both yourself and the rest of the work group. You have a good ability to handle variation in your tasks as well as the ability to organize your work efficiently and focus on the right things. You are a person accustomed to building relationships, and your way of collaborating is characterized by a flat hierarchy and a focus on the common goal. You are development-oriented and are happy to share your competence and thoughts with others.
