About the role
As an Economic Administrator, you will be a key person in ensuring correct financial flows and a high level of service to the company's customers. You act as the link between customers, sales, finance, and other branches, handling ongoing cases and ensuring that financial processes run smoothly. You resolve errors, such as incorrect invoice marking or missing approvals. The role is broad and varied, focusing on invoice management, financial administration, customer support, and quality assurance.
Your main responsibilities
- Check, follow up on, and quality-assure invoices
- Finalize orders and generate invoice data
- Match invoices against external suppliers
- Support customers via the customer portal, troubleshoot, and explain discrepancies
- Assist colleagues with customer and supplier ledgers and provide support during closing
- Investigate and resolve internal and external financial matters
- Act as a contact person between customers, sales, the finance department, and branches
- Contribute to improvement work and efficient financial processes
We are looking for someone who
- Has post-secondary education in economics
- Has 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or financial role (e.g., business or sales support, financial assistant)
- Has documented experience in customer contact and enjoys being the face of the company
- Is proficient with systems and preferably has Excel skills
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Is unpretentious and service-oriented in their approach to work
You are structured, self-initiative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. Above all, you enjoy creating order, contributing to development, and providing good service to both customers and colleagues.

The team and culture

About the employment
This is an initial consulting assignment of at least 6 months, starting as agreed with a notice period. You will be employed by OIO and work for our client in the Malmö region, with the ambition of a long-term continuation provided both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
Location: Malmö
Working hours: 07:00–16:00
Start: Immediately, max 1 month notice period
Salary: Fixed salary
