Our unit needs to expand its operations with an administrator for a period. The position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year but may be extended.

The Personal Support Unit is a municipal operation that primarily provides services such as personal assistance, escort services, and respite care. Our users should be able to live as normal a life as possible based on their own conditions. The services are characterized by great self-determination, influence, security, and accessibility.

The unit's office is located in Fruängen, close to the city center. The unit's management and administration work there, consisting of a unit manager and three administrative assistants, as well as colleagues from other units within the department.

Your role

As an administrator, your main tasks include staffing, administration within the services of personal assistance, escort services, and respite care, as well as numerous administrative tasks such as writing contracts, time reporting to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, registering sick leave, and ordering consumables, etc. You have several recurring tasks while being flexible and ready to quickly adapt when the work requires it.

Requirements for this role

  • completed relevant post-secondary education
  • fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
  • several years of experience from similar administrative work, preferably in a municipality
