This role is about much more than just developing the café assortment and the cold items. Imagine trend spotting, target group analysis, and evaluating served products, while also producing larger quantities for various serving locations.

The work ranges from packing and serving nice sandwiches warm and cold in a modern and appetizing way, to working with bowls with various contents. And, of course, there should be the fresh aroma of freshly baked goods, including cinnamon buns, croissants, and princess cakes.

THE ROLE
As a cold service staff member, you are creative and enjoy developing the product range. We consider it a given that you keep your station clean and tidy, ensure prep work is done, and guarantee that the delivered food is of the highest quality. You are self-assured, see solutions and potential paths forward for both guest and employee journeys. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards currently aimed for.

You will work actively with sustainability. The circular sustainability journey reflects our footprint both socially, economically, and environmentally. Happy and motivated employees drive engagement. In other words, you are an ambassador for Progressio.

- Baking and confectionery
- Enjoy trend spotting, from classic trends to what is happening on TikTok
- Develop the product range with nice bowls and sweet treats
- Have good structure in your work

WHAT YOU GET
- 28,000–32,000 SEK/month
- Time off on public holidays and weekends
- Closed during the industrial summer holiday (which counts as vacation)

ABOUT THE ROLE
80–100% (Full-time)
The position is to be filled immediately.
Working hours: 06:00–14:30
