Do you want to work broadly within HR in a business-close role where you support HR partners and managers, and contribute to professional and service-oriented HR support?
We are now looking for two HR Generalists for fixed-term positions where you work closely with HR partners and business managers to coordinate, support, and follow up on HR-related processes and cases. The role involves operational and relieving HR support, where you contribute to providing managers and HR partners with the right support in their daily work and ensure that HR processes function well in practice.
Information about the department
The HR Partner Unit works closely with the business and is responsible for supporting managers and operations within a broad HR area. The assignment includes both advisory and qualified HR support, as well as operational and some administrative parts related to HR processes and personnel-related cases.
The unit is undergoing development work with a focus on clearer working methods, better coordination, and a more sustainable distribution between advisory and relieving HR support. As part of this, a fixed-term pilot is being conducted where two HR Generalists are recruited to contribute with operational and relieving support in close collaboration with HR partners and business managers.
Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you work closely with one or more HR partners and business managers in daily HR work. The role mainly involves relieving HR partners and managers by coordinating, following up, and carrying out operational and administrative parts of HR processes and personnel-related cases.
The HR Generalist contributes to structure and coordination in business-close HR work by providing support in HR processes and systems, preparing materials, and assisting managers and HR partners in the practical implementation of various HR-related activities and cases.
The duties are varied and include, among other things:
- coordination and follow-up of HR-related cases and processes
- support to managers in administrative and practical parts of rehabilitation cases
- handling and follow-up of incident reporting in the IA system
- preparation of materials for HR partners within HR processes and the HR annual calendar
- coordination between business, HR, and other support functions
- support in various business-close HR processes, such as recruitment and collaboration
The role involves working with several parallel cases where the focus is on coordination, service, and quality in daily HR work.
Employment Type
We are recruiting for two fixed-term full-time positions:
- one position for approximately 6 months
- one position for approximately 1 year

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university education in HR/personnel science and who thrive in a broad HR role with many contacts.
You have experience in broad HR work and feel confident working in a structured manner, coordinating several parallel cases, and creating continuity in daily work. You have experience supporting managers and working with several different HR processes in a business-close environment.
To thrive in the role, we believe you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and service-focused, with good ability to collaborate and create structure in a job with many contacts and parallel processes. The role suits you who like to provide support, make things work in practice, and contribute to quality and continuity in HR work.
You have experience in administrative and coordinating work and are accustomed to working in various administrative systems. You express yourself very well in Swedish and have good ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience with work environment-related processes, rehabilitation administration, or work in HR systems. Interest in the development of digital working methods and tools within HR is also meritorious.
