Description

Special Needs Pedagogue with a Broad Role

We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable special needs pedagogue who wants to work in both preschool and school, contributing to creating accessible, safe, and developmental learning environments for children and students aged 1–12. The position is shared between our operations, giving you the opportunity to follow children's and students' development over time and work with the whole picture of their learning.

Your main responsibilities

  • Conduct observations, mappings, and pedagogical investigations in both preschool and school
  • Guide and support educators in leadership and stimulation, extra adaptations, special support, and accessible learning environments
  • Contribute to the interdisciplinary student health team and the preschool's support processes
  • Follow up and evaluate interventions together with educators and management
  • Work preventively and promotively with a focus on early interventions

We are looking for you who

Have a degree in special needs pedagogy and experience working in preschool, school, or both. You are confident in guiding and collaborating with different professions. You have good analytical skills and work structuredly both independently and together with others. You thrive in a role where you get to switch between strategic and practical work.

Conditions

Permanent employment, 100% position. Start date by agreement, preferably at the start of the autumn semester 2026. In the event of an interview, the candidate must be able to identify themselves with a passport or international ID card (driver's license is not valid). Prior to any employment, a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record extract) must be presented, and we recommend applying for this in good time.
