Flexible substitute sought: become part of my unique assistant team

Looking for a part-time job with great responsibility and intellectual stimulation? I am now looking for reliable substitutes who can step in as needed and become part of my secure daily life.

My name is Filip, I am 34 years old, and I live in central Kristianstad. Due to my disability (SMA type 2), I need help with everything – from breathing to transfers. Since I have double assistance around the clock, you will always work together with an experienced colleague. This allows us to support each other, but it also requires that you are a team player who is attentive and present in every task.

Who am I looking for as a substitute?

As a substitute, you are my "savior in need" during sickness or vacation. I am looking for you who:

• Are careful and responsible: My medical routines allow no carelessness. You need to be a person who takes instructions seriously.
• Enjoy conversation and analysis: I play chess, read a lot, and love to discuss. It is a big plus if you appreciate sitting down and talking about everything under the sun during quieter moments.
• Have good physical strength: The work involves manual lifting and transfers.
• Are flexible: You can step in with short notice as needed, both during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Non-smoker: An absolute requirement
• Cat-friendly: I have a cat at home, so you cannot be allergic.
• Personality: Most importantly, you must be genuine, positive, and reliable.

About the job

This is an employment as a substitute as needed. It is a perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation but want a meaningful and responsible part-time job. It involves varying working hours (day 7:30-15, evening 15-22, and weekends).
