• Provide the best possible treatment and business-like service to Swedbank's Premium customers whom you are responsible for.

• Work focused on one of the bank's most prioritized customer segments.

• Take over an existing customer base and refine it through a proactive and structured approach, while naturally prospecting for new customers as well.

• Offer financial holistic advisory services primarily to private customers, but also to corporate customers.

• Become part of a team with driven and pleasant colleagues within the premium group, and collaborate closely with, among others, Private Banking, C&I, and insurance specialists.

• Swedsec Advisor License, Swedsec Mortgage, and Insurance Distribution Right Life Private (IDD).

• Have strong personal drive and take own initiatives to achieve high customer satisfaction.

• Very good ability to develop customer relationships and business over time.

• High competence to inventory and manage the customer's total private economy, as well as to read and understand the customer's needs.

• At least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.

• Be a team player, find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues, and strive for the team's success as much as your own.

• Be social, curious, results-oriented, and maintain a high service level towards customers.

• Good ability to negotiate prices and terms.

• Good knowledge of anti-money laundering work and customer due diligence (AML/KYC).

• Master taxes and law regarding private economy.

• Compliance with regulations regarding advisory documentation.

• Service orientation, quality awareness, structure in your work, business acumen, as well as being solution-oriented and relationship-building.

• Good oral and written presentation skills.
