About AI, Data, and Insights

AI, Data, and Insights consolidates ICA Reklam's capabilities in AI, data, and insights, making it a natural part of the core business processes and raising competence and utilization rates across ICA Reklam. As part of our mission, we conduct analysis related to ICA's stores, customers, and ICA Reklam's internal processes. We generate insights that support marketing, business development, and operational decision-making.

About the Business Analyst Role

Together with your colleagues, you are the go-to person for analysis within the business. At the request of various parts of ICA Reklam, you conduct analyses based on store, customer, market, and campaign data, clarify questions, and translate results into actionable insights (often in PowerPoint format). The role also includes conducting training in analysis and insight support.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and curious, with a strong ability to see patterns in data and turn them into insights that make a practical difference. You thrive in collaboration and are comfortable in dialogues with both requesters and colleagues.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in economics, statistics, data/analysis, or equivalent
• Ability to compile and visualize data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish

Additional qualifications:

• Basic experience with BI and analysis tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and working with SQL or similar programming languages
• Experience working with AI-based tools and methods
• Experience from the retail/grocery industry

Location:

The position is located in Kungälv with primary presence at the office and some possibility for remote work.
