About the role
You will have a central role in our work as an attractive employer – from strategy to implementation. You are part of the recruitment unit within the HR department and work closely with your colleagues in the unit, colleagues in the communications department, HR department, core operations, and our partners. Together, you create a red thread in how we are seen, perceived, and experienced – both internally and externally.
What you will do here:
- Coordinate and lead the work that strengthens the image of us as an employer.
- Translate strategies into effective activities that support the authority's long-term competence supply.
- Work with a broad range of tasks, both strategic and operational.
- Follow up, analyze, and optimize initiatives.
- Give presentations and workshops at both management and staff levels.
- Build networks and collaborate with many different parts of the organization as well as external partners and authorities.
Who are you?
You are a driving and communicative person who likes to take ideas from thought to reality. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many contact points and have a good ability to create engagement, collaboration, and build trusting relationships. You combine a holistic perspective with a hands-on approach and are accustomed to working with a focus on follow-up and results.
The ideal candidate has:
- An academic education of at least 120 credits with a legal, social science, or behavioral science focus.
- At least five years of experience working with employer branding related to competence supply.
- At least five years of experience developing various parts of the recruitment process, onboarding, and similar areas relevant to how we are perceived as an employer.
- Several years of relevant experience leading HR-related projects and assignments from start to finish.
- Experience in preparing materials and reports.
- Very good language skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
- Experience leading meetings, holding workshops, and giving presentations.
Conditions
Employment type: Permanent, probationary period applies.
Working hours: Flexible working hours.
Location: Stockholm
Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement
