We are now looking for a doctor on a temporary basis who wants to contribute their skills and commitment to Vårdcentralen Södertull. Welcome to us!
Vårdcentralen Södertull is located in central Lund with good commuting opportunities and is one of Lund's largest health centers with a diverse staff with broad competence. We have approximately 11,300 registered patients of various ages. The medical staff consists of a mix of specialists in general practice, ST-doctors, and AT-doctors. In addition, medical secretaries, nurses, assistant nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, and physiotherapists work at the health center. We are located in large, airy premises that are well adapted for the operations, where everyone fits under one roof.
We have stable and well-functioning staffing as well as a good working environment that promotes well-being and effective teamwork. We are keen to have a good working environment where everyone feels welcome and proud that together we do our best for the patients we meet daily.
Collegial dialogue has high priority with regular professional meetings. We monitor our operations via, among other things, Med Rave and work with continuous improvements. Supervision and education issues are close to our hearts. We provide healthcare through planned clinics, emergency clinics, and home visits.

Job Description
You will work with common tasks at the health center, such as your own clinic with both planned and emergency visits, as well as home healthcare. You are also expected to be able to handle a digital clinic.
Furthermore, you will also act as support to nurses and other healthcare staff in their work. Team collaboration where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other is fundamental to our way of working.
We are looking for a doctor to support us during autumn 2026 who can run a clinic and is independent in their practice, for example, annual check-ups and emergency visits, home visits, and SIP (Social and Medical Care Collaboration). We use speech recognition, video meetings, chat, and more in our daily work.
Qualifications
You who are applying have completed AT or BT and are a licensed physician with permission to work in Swedish healthcare, as well as Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. You can also be a general specialist with experience in primary care and proficient in PMO. As a person, you have a clear forward-looking attitude, commitment, and a positive approach that promotes a pleasant work climate, where we help each other to achieve the best possible care quality for our patients. Furthermore, we expect you to be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
You who are applying have experience with IT systems such as PMO, Mina Planer, and APO dos. You have worked at a Health Center in Skåne and are well versed in how a health center functions.
