Are you ready for one of the world's most fun jobs?

I am a happy and determined 9-year-old girl, and I am now looking for a new assistant for my team.

I am in the 3rd grade at an adapted primary school.

I love playing pranks, playing dress-up, playing with Barbie, playing Roblox, making my own slime, making YouTube videos (not posted), putting on makeup, singing, and dancing. Sometimes I go for walks with my dog, so it's good if you are not allergic to dogs.

Another thing I love doing in the summers is swimming, in both cold and warm water. I am not a "water-loving child" like my dad.

I was born with spinal muscular atrophy, a condition that means I have weak muscles and slightly poorer motor skills throughout my body. This is why I use an electric wheelchair outdoors, but also a manual wheelchair indoors. I also received my epilepsy diagnosis last year, but I don't notice it very much.

I need someone who can be my arms and legs sometimes, but otherwise, I am just like any other energetic 9-year-old. I prefer to speak for myself, unless I get too shy.

The person I am looking for should be a cheerful rascal who can match my energy but also takes their work seriously. As my assistant, you will be in my constant vicinity to step in when I need help/support, but it is also important that you have the ability to be "invisible" when I am, for example, talking to my friends. I don't want you to be my extra parent or teacher; I want you to be my partner-in-crime who stands by my side in all weathers.

For me, it is important that you speak fluent Swedish so we can understand each other. Since lifting is involved, I would appreciate it if you are strong and capable of moving me short distances.

You need to be a non-smoker as I dislike the smell and have a very good sense of smell.

It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and can drive, but it is not a requirement. Sometimes my family and I travel to the countryside, and it would be fun if you had the opportunity to come with me, either staying overnight or taking the train during the day.

At my place, we try to help each other out, so if an assistant is sick, we try to cover for each other so I can get to school or do something else that is planned. No prior experience is required, just common sense and an understanding of the work as a personal assistant. If you like playing with me and immersing yourself in the play, we will likely get along well.

The Position

The position consists of day, evening, and weekend work. When you work during the day, you will be with me at school, and in the afternoons/weekends, you will be with me at home or accompany me on my various errands.

Do not forget to order an extract from the criminal record register, as this is required to work with me. Order extract here (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/barn-med-funktionsnedsattning/).

We can only contact candidates who are considered for an interview, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, do not wait to submit your application!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the position, you are welcome to contact Emma Wilson at 010-25 25 251.
