About the OrganizationSven Eriksonsgymnasiet offers education within the Economics Programme, Entrepreneurship Programme, Leisure and Health (specialization within the Child and Youth Programme), IB (International Baccalaureate), Technology Programme, Introductory Programme, as well as National and Local Sports Education programs.
The school also hosts the support service "Torget" for students with autism spectrum disorder.
In total, over 1,350 students study across our various programs. The school has 170 employees, and the pedagogical staff are organized in both program teams and subject teams. The school also has a student health organization and a service organization – catering, cleaning, maintenance, IT, and administrative support.
In addition to the Upper Secondary School Principal, the school leadership of Sven Eriksonsgymnasiet consists of four principals and one unit manager for support and service. Well-being, high expectations, and quality are key words for Sven Eriksonsgymnasiet.
Sven Eriksonsgymnasiet is located in central Borås, close to the Travel Centre for those commuting by train or bus.

Job ResponsibilitiesTeaching in Swedish and English on the Economics Programme.
You have a secure leadership style where you engage, challenge, are creative, and have a good approach to people. You are part of a work team and a subject team where you, together with your colleagues, systematically plan, implement, and follow up on teaching. You work as a mentor and take responsibility for helping and supporting our students.
QualificationsA relevant teacher degree and teacher certification for upper secondary school are required for this position.
Eligible in the advertised subjects. Eligibility in multiple subjects is an advantage. You have good leadership skills inside and outside the classroom and understand the importance of adapting teaching based on students' needs. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and the ability to collaborate with both teaching colleagues and other functions at the school.
