Personal Assistant sought for 15-year-old boy in Eskilstuna – 75%

We are now looking for a secure, engaged, and responsible personal assistant for a 15-year-old boy living in Eskilstuna. The position is approximately 75% with immediate start.

The work involves varying hours, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

The boy has a severe disability, epilepsy, and is non-verbal. He has significant care needs and requires support in all aspects of his daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be a crucial support in creating safety, structure, and quality of life in his daily routine.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and empathetic

• Has a big heart and a professional approach

• Is responsible and can work independently

• Has experience in care or personal assistance (meritorious)

• Can handle situations related to epilepsy

• Has a valid driver's license and access to a car (required)

Personal suitability is highly valued.

You must also be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as documentation is part of the job.

Employment conditions

• Working hours: Varying, with some possibility of adaptation to public transport

• Salary: Hourly wage according to agreement, other benefits according to collective agreement
