About the role

As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the financial work at Vallåkra Lantmannaaffär AB as well as its subsidiaries: Torup Byggshop AB, Fleninge Byggmarknad AB, and Slöinge Trä & Bygg AB. The business is in an expansion phase and will continue to grow, meaning the role will gradually develop in line with the corporate structure.

You combine operational financial work with leadership and work closely with the operations within construction, energy, and agriculture. The role involves close collaboration with both colleagues and customers, where you become a natural partner in both daily matters and development.

You are based in Vallåkra but also work regularly at the various companies, giving you a good understanding of the operations and strong relationships within the organization.

At the same time, you are part of the finance organization within Svenska Foder and the international DLG group, where you contribute to development, common working methods, and knowledge sharing.

You lead a small team and report to the CFO of Svenska Foder, with a matrix relationship to the CEO of Vallåkra Lantmannaaffär AB.

Your assignment

In this role, you have broad responsibility for financial work – from routine management to follow-up and development. You ensure quality in bookkeeping, annual accounts, and reporting, while also producing analyses that support the business in decision-making and follow-up.

You work with the entire financial flow, including invoicing, supplier invoices, payments, customer receivables, and credit issues. You are also responsible for payroll processing in Visma Lön.

The work takes place in the ERP system iFenix, where you also contribute to developing and streamlining processes and working methods.

A particularly important part of the role is the handling of settlements during the harvest period, where speed and volume increase significantly. This requires structure, precision, and close dialogue with both operations and customers.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in a broad financial role and feels confident in accounting, annual accounts, and reporting. You are used to working close to the operations and have a good understanding of financial flows and business connections.

You have excellent skills in Excel, are comfortable with business systems, and have an interest in developing and streamlining working methods. Experience with iFenix and payroll management is meritorious.

Since the role involves travel between the companies, you must have a valid driver's license (Category B).
