As a customer service representative with us, you work together with your colleagues and help our customers. You are motivated by the customer having a positive experience communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our customers by handling cases via email and chat, as well as incoming and outgoing calls. As a customer service representative with us, you are offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence daily operations.

• Speak Estonian, Swedish, and English fluently in speech and writing (requirement).
• Can treat different people in a calm and professional manner.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating clearly via email and chat.

Employment type: On-call/As-needed employment

Scope: Part-time, approx. 50%

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
