Do you want to complete your BT or ST in general practice and gain a broad and developing role within primary care? Sala Health Centre is now looking for an ST/BT doctor.

As an ST/BT doctor with us, you will work within the broad field of general practice with patients of all ages and life situations. The role involves both scheduled and acute visits and takes place in close collaboration with other professions at the health centre. You work independently with support from colleagues and have daily access to specialist doctors for medical advice.

You will receive regular supervision, have allocated time for studies, and be part of Region Västmanland's training program for BT/ST doctors. The position offers excellent conditions for developing your clinical competence and gradually taking on increased responsibility in the doctor's role.

The health centre has clinics with specialized expertise in areas such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and dementia. Physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychotherapists also work here. The Child Health Centre (BVC) is part of the operations. The working method is team-based and person-centered.

We are looking for someone who

• is a licensed physician and wishes to complete BT or ST in general practice

• has an interest in primary care and the broad patient mandate

• collaborates well with other professional groups

• is responsible, flexible, and contributes to good cooperation

You must have a Swedish medical license, and proficiency in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 is a requirement, as you must be able to communicate freely with patients, relatives, and colleagues. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Full-time, 100%

• Working hours during the day, weekdays

• Start date as agreed
