We at Praktikertjänst Önsta-Gryta Health Centre are looking for a District Nurse/Registered Nurse to join our team!

Our vision is to be a popular health centre that cares for the safety and health of both patients and staff. We offer care from general practitioners, district nurses specializing in diabetes, Asthma/COPD, dementia assessments, incontinence, and health talks, among others. We also have child health nurses at the Child Health Centre (BVC), midwives, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Together, we care for over 11,000 registered patients, and we have recently moved to completely new premises. We are a positive workplace with friendly colleagues and short decision-making paths. Our goal is always to maintain a sustainable work environment with the patient in focus.

As a District Nurse with us, you will work in a team with doctors and other nurses, focusing on LEON, teamwork, and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

You will work with standard District Nurse tasks such as reception duties, telephone advice, digital advice, vaccinations, etc.

Qualifications

District Nurse or Registered Nurse; experience in primary care is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who, in addition to strong medical knowledge, has good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. You are highly committed both in meeting individual patients and for the health centre as a whole. Furthermore, you are positive and flexible, and you appreciate working together with the other professions at the health centre.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
