Xamera specializes in matching IT and engineering professionals with forward-thinking companies. We cover engineering roles throughout the entire career spectrum – from early-career engineers, whom we support in their development leading up to employment with the client, to senior engineers working in more traditional consulting assignments.

We are growing rapidly and now want to strengthen our sales team with more driven Account Managers who want to develop our clients while growing professionally and personally alongside us!
About the Account Manager Role
As an Account Manager here, you own your business and play a key role in building and developing customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to needs analysis, quotation, contract, and follow-up.
- Building and developing your own customer portfolio within industry, tech, and IT – both with new clients and further development of existing accounts.
- Working closely with our candidate-side colleagues to ensure accurate matches and strong deliveries – you have a business-oriented team behind you, including sales support actively booking relevant meetings for you.
- Acting as a consulting partner to our clients on how they secure their talent acquisition in a smart and long-term way.
- Participating in activities, events, and initiatives that strengthen Xamera’s brand and open new business doors.

We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales or recruitment/staffing (meritorious, not a requirement).
- Thrives in a role where you are expected to drive your own business forward and are motivated by achieving and exceeding set goals.
- Is motivated by clear targets, enjoys tracking your own numbers, and is energized by constantly taking the next level.
- Is relationship-building, sensitive, and genuinely curious about the client’s business and challenges.
- Has a strong interest in people and thrives in an environment where both clients and colleagues are at the center.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
