Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for personal assistants for a 4-year-old client in Knivsta. The client lives with both parents in pleasant surroundings near Knivsta. The client needs supervision while sleeping but is energetic, happy, and lively when awake. You need to be calm and confident in yourself, as well as sensitive and able to read situations. The client has 24/7 assistance.

Working hours are 08:30–16:30 on weekdays (Monday–Friday), during which you will accompany the child to preschool. Other days and times may occur if needed. It is a plus if you can work awake nights if necessary.

Who are you?

• You must have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with breathing machines is an advantage.
• Experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, and training as a nurse assistant is preferred.
• You must also have experience working with children.

It is important that you are sensitive, focused, and have experience with pediatric CPR. It is crucial that you maintain your focus at all times during the shift.
