About the assignment

As a floating chef at Bemannia, you work in large-scale kitchens for our clients, primarily within school services and the judicial system. You replace permanent staff as needed and are booked with short notice. The duration of assignments varies from single days to longer periods. You choose which days of the week you want to work, and we match you with assignments that suit your availability and qualifications.

Your responsibilities

You replace permanent staff, and your main tasks involve working in large-scale kitchens within school services and the judicial system according to their needs. The work includes:

• Cooking
• Maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining hygiene standards

Your qualifications

• Chef training
• Experience working in large-scale kitchens/restaurant kitchens
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
