Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Consultant, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up to ensure that completed work meets timeframes and quality standards – from booking work, preparations, and receiving the customer and vehicle. The role involves optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. Duties include receiving workshop customers both through customer visits and phone calls, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and services.

• Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
• Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all stages, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.
• Explain different course of action choices and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.
• Be responsible for conducting a structured health check upon vehicle drop-off, including checks of the bodywork, tires, and wear parts, as well as documenting and communicating any necessary actions to the customer.

Key Competencies/Skills:

• Upper secondary education in Automotive Technology or equivalent vocational training.
• A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, demonstrating good social skills and delivery to the customer.
• Proficient in computer and telephone use.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Strong sense of service and an attitude focused on finding the best solutions for your customers.
• Goal- and results-oriented with high drive.
