We are now looking for a Technical Writer who wants to grow with us, at the intersection of technology, people, and future ways of working.

About the role

As a Technical Writer at Aleido, you will work on varied client projects where you take significant responsibility while collaborating closely with colleagues. In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and structure information about our customers' products
• Create and develop technical documentation with a focus on user benefit and quality
• Drive documentation and client projects, independently or in collaboration with others
• Map customer needs and development potential
• Support customers in their digitalization journey and contribute ideas for better workflows, tools, and solutions

Who you are

You have a few years of experience working as a Technical Writer and thrive in a role that combines analysis, structure, and communication. You have:

• Experience with XML-based tools
• Experience with topic-based writing
• Excellent ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and structured. You enjoy the consulting role, take responsibility, and like collaboration. You have a knack for understanding complex technology and making it understandable to others, have a genuine interest in technology, and like to stay updated on new workflows and technologies, such as AI.
