About the role

We are looking for a case handler for our team within eTjänstekort (e-Service Card).

Our task is to provide administrations and companies with eTjänstekort.

eTjänstekort is based on the identification service SITHS, which is a security solution that enables users to identify themselves with strong authentication when logging into e-services. It can be compared to an e-ID used within the service. SITHS is based on a common national process to ensure that the right person receives their electronic identity. This is ultimately handled by the case handler, who is the person that identifies and issues the card and thus electronic identities to the user.

Aside from knowledge of SITHS, it is important that you want to work with customers in a service organization.

Examples of tasks:

• Receive customers at their booked times throughout the day, primarily for photography and activation of eTjänstekort.
• Provide support to customers via digital tools, email, and phone.
• Travel to customers within Gothenburg City for photography and card activation.
• Administer card orders and more in the associated system.

All work is performed from the office or via customer visits.

About you

We see that you have a high school education and a few years of documented experience in administrative work in digital systems. You are computer literate and have good knowledge of Office 365, where Excel is an important part. You must have experience with customer service according to a booked schedule and possess a good sense of service. You need documented experience in handling SITHS cards.

The position also requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional requirements for the position are that you hold a B-driver's license, and that you can provide a clean extract from the criminal record register.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with digital systems that use SITHS for identification, e.g., Treserva.
• Experience working in Service Now.

As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive working at a high pace with a focus on customer meetings throughout the workday.

You are an independent and solution-focused person who puts the organization's best interests first. To succeed in the assignment, you need to be structured and meticulous. You are also good at collaborating with others, and together with the rest of the group, you take joint responsibility for the whole.
