Unika LSS Mellan operates several activities within the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) in the region, focusing on security, participation, and individualized support. We are currently looking for flexible hourly substitutes for our activities in Ekeby-Almby, Porla, Norra Bro, Mosås, and our day activity center in Örebro.
Our activities are directed towards people with disabilities, and we work from a salutogenic and pedagogical approach where the individual's needs, resources, and self-determination are at the center.
The activities differ in both target group and working methods, which means a varied and developing working environment for you as an employee.

QualificationsYou are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good cooperation skills and relate to others in a listening manner, and you enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
- Experience working in healthcare and social care.
- Secondary education such as Child and Youth Program, Care and Nursing Program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagog, social pedagog, or university education in a relevant field.
Meritorious if you additionally have:
- Experience in psychiatry, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective handling.
- Experience working with complex support needs.

Working Hours: By agreement.
Start Date: By agreement, we are positive if you can start soon.
Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
