We are now looking for dedicated substitutes for a flexible part-time job in primary schools around Gothenburg.

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg, Kungälv Municipality, Lilla Edet Municipality, Mölndal City, and Orust Municipality to support their municipal pre-schools and primary schools with dedicated substitutes.

Your responsibilities

As a teacher substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, usually of an urgent nature, as well as for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, often the same morning. You are responsible for and lead the teaching in accordance with the planning handed over by the regular teacher.

Your qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous work experience within primary school/high school.
• You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being booked for shifts the same morning.

To fit the role as a teacher substitute, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a good role model. You also have a burning passion for working with children and young people.

If you are a trained teacher, studying to become a teacher, or have teaching experience, this is an advantage.
